Watch designer Fossil/Skagen Denmark is utilizing a security tape on their cartons, with a unique printed tamper evident feature.
The tape is a standard, clear polypropylene tape, suitable for carton sealing. The tamper evident design is unique because the printing has the look of a tree trunk. The carton security tape’s brown imprinted rings, and wavy lines also are nearly impossible to re-align and re-seal, after the tape has been cut.
The unique design offers both tamper evidence, and has a rather classy look—which of course promotes a classy and unique brand perception while at the same time not drawing any unnecessary attention to the tape (cartons). It is rare to see security tape provide both tamper evidence and look—dare I say it—attractive.
